Shipping Information

You are shopping on our Australian website, all prices stated below are in Australian Dollar (AUD$). All orders are dispatched from Noosa Heads, Sunshine Coast, Queensland Australia.

We do not ship outside of Australia

What to expect once you have placed an order:

1. After ordering, you'll receive a confirmation email with receipt of your purchase.
   
   
2. Immediately our Dispatch Team will receive details of your order and it will be processed, ready to be fulfilled.
   
   
3. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email with a tracking number.
   
   
4. All orders before 12pm will be dispatched the same day, after 12pm they will be dispatched the next day. All shipments are sent on business days only, Monday to Friday. No shipments are sent on public holidays. 
   
   
5. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Noosa Heads on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia
   * If you require a tax invoice please contact us and we will email you a copy to minimise paper usage
   
   Once an item has left our warehouse they are the responsibility of our shipping partners and VYB Active can not be held liable for items lost in transit, an item 'left in a safe place' and not collected or an item not collected from a post office or Po Box within the nominated time frame of Australia Post, or if an address is entered incorrectly by the customer whilst placing an order. 

All orders are shipped via Australian Express Shipping with a flat rate of $15 per order.
